Allergen & Storage

All Bakzies products are prepared in a fully registered home kitchen. We follow UK Food Standards Agency guidance for labelling and allergen information.

We handle the following major allergens in our kitchen: gluten, eggs, milk, soya and nuts. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Storage

Cookies & cookie sandwiches: store in a cool, dry place and enjoy within 2–3 days. Cookie pies & cakes: keep refrigerated at 0–5°C and bring to room temperature before serving for the best texture.
